Terms & Conditions for the No-Money-Down Real Estate Workshop

By registering for and/or attending the No-Money-Down Real Estate Workshop (“Workshop”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Communication & SMS Permissions

Participant consents to receive email, SMS, and/or telephone communications regarding this Workshop, including confirmations, reminders, updates, and follow-up resources.
By providing a mobile phone number and opting in, Participant also consents to receive promotional text messages from the Company at the number provided.
Message frequency will vary based on promotions, reminders, and updates. Standard message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, Participant may reply “STOP” to the number from which messages are received.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including failure to attend, inability to access the Workshop, or dissatisfaction with content.
Once registration is processed, access is considered delivered, and no chargebacks or cancellations will be honored.

3. Replay Access

A replay of the Workshop will be available for a limited time only following the live event.
Participant must watch the replay in its entirety, through to the conclusion, in order to receive access to the attendee bonuses.
Replay access may not include all live event features and may be withdrawn at the Company’s discretion after the stated access period.

4. Bonus Delivery

Exclusive bonuses (including, but not limited to, the Private Money Guide, Pitch Deck Template, and Sample Documents) will be provided only to Participants who:

Attend the Workshop live in full or
View the replay in full through the end.

Instructions for accessing bonuses will be provided during the final portion of the Workshop.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All Workshop content, recordings, slides, documents, and bonuses are the property of First Deal, LLC (“Company”).
Participant receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Participant may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly share, or otherwise exploit Workshop materials without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Technology Disclaimer

Participant is solely responsible for having access to the internet, a compatible device, and the Zoom platform.
The Company is not liable for technical issues on Participant’s end, including but not limited to poor connectivity, device malfunctions, or email delivery problems.

7. Privacy & Data

Participant information will be collected and used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
By registering, Participant consents to the storage and processing of their information for the purposes of delivering this Workshop, managing SMS and email communications, and sending related marketing messages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Earnings

The Workshop and related materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding results, earnings, or outcomes from participation.
Any success stories or examples shared are not typical and do not represent a guarantee that Participant will achieve similar results.
Nothing presented constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Participant should consult independent professionals before making investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Participant’s registration for, attendance at, or reliance on the Workshop or related materials.

10. Right to Modify or Cancel

The Company reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the Workshop or SMS program in its sole discretion. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify Participants.

By completing registration, Participant affirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
